Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. 152 153 3D) Year -End Lump Sum Payment for Employees — Administrator Karlson noted that the 154 resolution would approve a payment to employees. The city has reduced its budget and personnel for 155 the past few years and despite these reductions staff has continued to provide excellent service. The 156 council has expressed a desire to provide this payment in recognition of that effort. 157 158 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -129, as presented.
