The Mayor noted the many years of service provided by the Environmental <br />Board and applauded the aggressive list of goals for the coming year; the city is fortunate to receive <br />regular advice from the Board. <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -132 as presented. Council <br />Member Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />P7 <br />6B) Resolution No. 11 -128, Amending Resolution No. 11 -108, Adopting Assessments for the I- <br />35E/CSAH 14 Improvement Project — Community Development Grochala explained that the <br />resolution adopting these assessments should be amended to remove one property that is not qualified <br />for deferment. <br />Council Member Gallup moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -108 as presented. Council Member <br />Rafferty seconded the motion.
