The proposal <br />meets the landscaping requirements and conforms with the earlier phases of development <br />onsite. <br />1.Suggest planting additional species of trees for biodiversity and limiting the <br />potential impact of pests and disease. <br />a.Close to 50% of the proposed trees are Hawthorn, limiting planting to 30% <br />per species is recommended. <br />
