Comments included: <br />o The combined 5.3 upland acres of Public Park Outlot A + B are sufficient <br />for park purposes. <br />o Recommend Outlot J with the mowed/turf trail be owned and <br />maintained by the HOA. <br />The developer held a neighborhood meeting on May 20, 2025.
