P107 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -73 <br />APPROVING NO PARKING RESTRICTION <br />S.A.P.: 002-634-002 <br />BIRCH STREET (ANOKA COUNTY NO. 34) FROM LAKOTA TRAIL TO <br />TOTEM TRAIL <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA. <br />WHEREAS, The City has planned the improvements of Birch Street from Lakota Trail to <br />Totem Trail; and <br />WHEREAS, the "County" will be expending County State Aid Street Funds on the <br />improvements of this Street; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid project must therefore be <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of Birch Street from Lakota <br />Trail to Totem Trail at all times. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this day of , 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
