Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />93 <br />94 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />95 <br />96 There was no report from the Administration Department. <br />97 <br />98 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />99 <br />100 There was no report from the Public Safety Department. <br />101 <br />102 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />103 <br />104 There was no report from the Public Services Department. <br />105 <br />106 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />107 <br />108 Item 6A had been removed from the agenda. <br />109 <br />110 6B, Traffic Signal Improvement Project <br />111 <br />112 6Bi, Resolution No. 12 -95, Accepting Bids and Awarding Contract for the Lake/Main <br />113 and Birch/Ware Signal Projects — Community Development Director Grochala reported that the <br />114 resolution provides for acceptance of the low bid that was received from Valley Paving. The <br />115 engineering consultant on the project has reviewed the bid and recommends acceptance. <br />116 <br />117 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 12 -95 as presented. Council Member <br />118 Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />119 <br />120 6Bii, Resolution No. 12 -96, Approving a Stormwater Maintenance Agreement with the <br />121 Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) — Community Development Director Grochala stated that <br />122 the resolution establishes that the RCWD has approved certain storm water improvements that will be <br />123 a part of the intersection improvement projects. The requirements of a maintenance agreement and <br />124 other specifics will be laid out in the agreement. Anoka County will also have some responsibility. <br />125 <br />126 Council Member Roeser asked if this type of action will impact the city's wetland banking and Mr. <br />127 Grochala explained that it would not, however, there will be an opportunity for storm water volume <br />128 banking for future city use. <br />129 <br />130 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 12 -96 as presented. Council Member <br />131 Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />132 <br />133 6Biii, Resolution No. 12 -98, Approving a Construction Services Agreement with TKDA — <br />134 Community Development Director Grochala explained that the resolution would allow the payment <br />• 135 to TKDA for project related services. Anoka County is providing the majority of construction <br />
