Since July staff has worked with Anoka County to evaluate the request. Based on this review <br />IIIIand discussion TKDA has proposed a revised settlement as follows: <br />Lake /Main $55,104.21 <br />Birch/Ware $41,939.79 <br />Total $97,044. <br />The amount would be split between Anoka County and the City as follows: <br />Anoka County $44,802 <br />City $52,242 <br />Total $97,044 <br />If approved the authorized design cost would be $285,544.00 or approximately 16.8 percent of <br />the total construction cost. <br />The total project cost, including engineering, construction, and land acquisition is estimated at <br />$2,474,897. The City's share of the project cost, including the supplemental agreement is <br />estimated at $1,548,714. This amount is under the $1,840,000 figure approved in the 2010 <br />election for the project. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />11111 Staff is recommending adoption of Resolution No. 12 -74 <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
