• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -74 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AUTHORIZATION <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />MAIN STREET/LAKE DRIVE & BIRCH/WARE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City entered into a professional services agreement with TKDA, Inc. to prepare <br />plans and specification for the Main Street/Lake Drive & Birch/Ware Intersection <br />Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, TKDA has submitted a Supplemental Authorization request for task performed <br />outside the scope of the original agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the supplemental authorization for the Lake /Main project in the amount of <br />$55,104.21 is hereby approved. <br />2. That the supplemental authorization for the Birch/Ware project in the amount of <br />$41,939.79 <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this day of , 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
