• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -128 <br />APPROVING LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, LOCAL NO. 299 <br />FOR YEARS 2012 AND 2013 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes and Law Enforcement Labor Services (LELS) Local 299, <br />representing the police officers, negotiated to replace the existing collective bargaining <br />agreement, which expired on December 31, 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties were unable to resolve all the issues; and <br />WHEREAS, eight issues were certified to the Minnesota Bureau of Mediation Services for <br />interest arbitration pursuant to Minn. Stat. 179A.16, subd. 2; and <br />WHEREAS, the hearing in this matter was conducted by a neutral arbitrator on October 17, <br />2012; and <br />WHEREAS, the arbitrator, Richard J. Dunn, rendered his decision on November 27, 2012. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approve the following terms of the labor agreement: <br />1. Wages: 2012 — 1% July 1, 2012; 2013 — 1.5% January 1, 2013 <br />2. Health Insurance Contribution: 2012 family -- $855.66/mo., single -- $333.99; <br />2013 family -- $869.72/mo. (' /z of 3% premium increase), single -- $344.01 <br />3. Annual HSA Contribution: 2012 family -- $3,000, single -- $1,500; <br />2013 family -- $2,500, single — $1,000 <br />4.
