• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -199 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SOIL BORINGS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WELL <br />NO. 5. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Council adopting the Comprehensive Water System Plan <br />on April 26, 2004, with reference to the first phases of improvement by constructing Well <br />No. 5; and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information showing the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost - effective, and feasible; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Engineer, TKDA, shall perform such services; and <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to use Trunk Area & Unit funds for all of the cost of the <br />improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Y OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is <br />directed to prepare plans and specifications for the construction of Well No. 5. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of January, 2005. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
