Registration Information - NEW. 1st Priority Lino Lakes Resident: Mail -in, Fax -in, Drop Box Residents who mail -in, fax -in or drop -off their program registrations in the drop box will receive first priority. Mail -in, fax -in (with Visa or MasterCard) and drop box registrations will be processed in a random order beginning Monday, February 28. Pre - registration is required for all programs unless noted otherwise. 2. Registrations can be mailed -in, faxed -in (with Visa or MasterCard), dropped off in the drop box, phoned -in orwalked -in. Please note when each will begin. 3. Completely fill out a registration form with the information requested for each individual registering. Missing information could cause a delay in the processing of your registration. 4. Full payment must accompany registration form. Checks should be made payable to "City of Lino Lakes." 5. Telephone registrations will be accepted with a Visa or MasterCard. We are unable to accept telephone registrations without payment. 6. Instructors are not permitted to accept registrations at the activity location. 7. Classes are filled on a first - come, first -served basis. Register early. We will continue to accept registrations throughout the season provided there are openings in the requested program. 8. If the original program fills, a waiting list may be started. Additional sessions will be started if interest is shown and if space /instructors are available. 9. Include a self- addressed stamped envelope if you would like a confirmation of your registration. Letters of confirmation are not sent. 10. Requests to change activity locations, sessions or times for registra- tions already completed will be accommodated on a space available basis. 11. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash /Check - use separate checks for each program, payable to "City of Lino Lakes" Credit Card - we accept Visa and MasterCard (be sure to include the expiration date) 651 -982 -2440 26 3rd Priority General Registration Beginning Monday, March 7, anyone may register for a program provided there are openings. Mail -in, fax -in, drop -off, phone -in and walk -in registrations accepted. No residency requirements apply at this time. Refunds Any person who is not satisfied with their program selection or the quality of a program may requesta full refund. Exceptions to receiving a full refund: • If tickets or other service were purchased and are not refundable, the ticket or service purchase price will not be refunded. • If you received equipment or supplies that were not returned, the price of these items will not be refunded. • If you withdraw after the program starts, a prorated refund may be issued. • Full refunds cannot be guaranteed if requested after a program has been held. Note: Check refunds generally take 3 to 4 weeks from the date of approval to be processed and mailed. Credit card refunds are processed within 24 hours. www, ci.Iino- Iakes.mn, u�
