Turnberry Crossing Review Page 4 January 31, 2005 <br />City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />f) In addition to the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes, all utility work shall be performed in <br />accordance with the Standard Specifications of the City Engineers Association of Minnesota <br />(CEAM). Construction notes must be added to the utility sheets that include these requirements, <br />including minimum compaction standards for all utility trenches and roadway base. <br />g) <br />Water pipe and appurtenances shall meet the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes, and as <br />follows: Hydrants - Waterous Pacer WB -67; Valves - Mueller A2370 -20 or equal. DIP pipe shall <br />be Class 52. All sanitary sewer service pipes shall be SDR 26 or Schedule 40. Safety and traffic <br />control during construction must be provided in accordance with the State of Minnesota Manual <br />of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). <br />h) Catch basin/manhole castings for the swale /turf areas must be specified, subject to the approval of <br />the City of Lino Lakes. <br />i) The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining permits from the Minnesota Department of <br />Health and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for the water and sanitary sewer installations <br />as required. <br />J) <br />All restoration of existing streets shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the <br />City of Lino Lakes. The City Street Superintendent must be notified at least 48 hours prior to any <br />street excavating or work of any manner on public streets and /or right of way. <br />
