WHEREAS the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks (9 -11 <br />Commission) recommended adoption of a standardized Incident <br />Command System; <br />WHEREAS the Governor of the State of Minnesota by Executive Order <br />05 -02, February 9, 2005, has designated the NIMS as the basis for <br />all incident management in the State of Minnesota; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Lino Lakes City <br />Council do hereby establish the National Incident Management <br />System (NIMS) as the standard for incident management in the City <br />of Lino Lakes. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of March, <br />2005. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
