• <br />Fairview Clinic, page 10 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -65 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR VILLAGE NO. 2 <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for The Village No.2 was approved with Resolution 05 -64 by the City Council <br />°n May 9th, 2005 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for The Village No.2 complies with City requirements and the applicable conditions <br />of Resolution 05 -64 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the <br />final plat for The Village No.2 <br />• <br />1. <br />Prior to execution by the City of Lino Lakes the `Rehbein Property' must be removed from the final <br />plat and the north line of Outlot A be modified accordingly. <br />assed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of May 2005. <br />ATTEST. <br />-Asia Blair; City Clerk <br />John J.
