• <br />• <br />• <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />June 8, 2005 <br />Zoning Ordinance Amendment <br />ZONING MAP: <br />UEUC <br />.AC-i <br />AKE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />The Planning and Zoning board recommended approval of this request at the June 8, 2005 <br />regular meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The proposed change does not create any new non- conformities. Both the existing Schwan's <br />facility and the existing two duplexes to the east were considered non - conforming under the SC, <br />Shopping Center designation. <br />The Lino Lakes Market Place and JADT Developments were previously approved as Planned <br />Development Overlays (PDO). The proposed change will clarify what zoning provisions apply <br />to the respective developments if not specifically addressed within the PDO ordinance. <br />Staff is reconunending approval of the zoning ordinance amendment. <br />
