1. <br />Multi Occupancy Business Sicna{,ge: When a single principle building is <br />devoted to three (3) or more businesses, signage must comply with Section <br />1V.Z. antis ordinance. Maximum signage allowed shall be: <br />frontage up to two hundred (200) square feet of sign surface. <br />b. Not higher than forty (40) feet above grade. <br />a. One wall sign only allowed within the parapet, not to exceed 100 <br />Square feet or 20% of the building <br />b. One free standing or pylon sign not to exceed 20% of the building <br />fiaee: <br />3. Advertising Signs: Advertising Signs, as defined by Section 11, Subd. F <br />of this ordinance, are prohibited in the SC Toning District. <br />1. No sign may be closer than five (5) feet to any property line. <br />d. "GB" General Business District and "CB" Central Business District and <br />"PSP" Public Semi Public. <br />Purpose. The GB and CB districts are areas containing a wide variety of business <br />uses including retail, service, and semi - industrial uses. As such, they may contain <br />businesses which tend to serve other business and industry as well as those catering <br />to shoppers needs. <br />Purpose. The "PSP ", Public -Semi Public District is designed and intended to aid in <br />guiding development towards fulfillment of the comprehensive plan to serve the <br />following functions. <br />i. To provide the community with properly located schools, colleges, and <br />health institutions. <br />ii. To provide the community with properly located public services and <br />utilities. <br />iii.
