In the Neighborhood Business District all signs must comply with the requirements <br />in table in Section IV, paragraphs EE and FF. <br />1. Business Signs: <br />a. Sign or signs attached to building equaling twenty percent (20 %) of <br />IP OM <br />b. One ground sign or pylon sign up to fifty (50) square feet; not higher <br />integrated retail complex. <br />Multi Occupancy Business Signage: When a single principle building is <br />(30) feet. <br />II . <br />Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined by Section II, Subd. F of <br />this Ordinance, are prohibited in the NB Zoning District. <br />1. No sign may be closer than five (5) feet to any property line. <br />If <br />Shopping Center district deleted from <br />zoning ordinance, per Ordinance 04 -05, second reading scheduled July 11, 2005 <br />.Purpose. This zoning classification is reserved for modern retail shopping <br />1. There may be more than one site suited for commercial activity and public <br />policy states that only one may be developed. <br />2. To provide a flexible mans to zone land for commercial development at a <br />Ordinance 05 -05, Sign Ordinance page 8 of 30 <br />
