a. "LB" Limited Business District: <br />Purpose. There may be some areas which are suitable only for commercial uses of a <br />limited (less intense) nature. This may be due to the close proximity of residential uses. <br />This may include high quality commercial areas such as an "office park" development. <br />Also, the "LB" District can be used as a transitional district or buffer between <br />noncompatible uses such as intense commercial ( "GB ") and residential uses. <br />In the Limited Business District all signs must comply with the following :requirements in <br />table in Section IV. paragraphs EE and FF. <br />two (32) square feet or three percent (3 %) of the building face area <br />(whichever is greater), is allowed on public.. medical, educational, clinical <br />or community centers. <br />Business and Professional Building Identifications: <br />a. <br />One ground or wall sign per building, of fifty (50) square feet or <br />0! <br />b. One ground sign or pylon sign up to fifty (50) square feet; not higher <br />er than fifty (50) feet to another such <br />integrated retail complex. <br />Multi Occupancy Business Signage: When a single principle building is <br />devoted to three (3) or more businesses, signage must comply with Section <br />IV. Subd. Z. of this ordinance and shall be limited to -one graunnd sign of on.e <br />(30', <br />1a <br />Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined b!,.' Section II. Subd. F of <br />this Ordincnice, are prohibited in the LB Zoning District. <br />5. No sign shall be closer than five (5) feet to any property line. <br />b. "NB" Neighborhood Business District" <br />Purpose. The purpose of the NB Neighborhood Commercial District is to provide <br />for the establishment of local businesses for convenience, limited office, retail or <br />service outlets which deal directly with the daily requirements of the immediate <br />neighborhood and which are located along a collector or arterial roadway.
