Mr. Fenlon confirmed that this is not being done in the existing <br />buildings. <br />Chair Root opened the public hearing at 8:31 p.m. <br />There was no one present to speak. <br />Mr. Vojtech motioned to close the public hearing. Motion was seconded by Mr. Kohler. <br />The public hearing was closed at 8:31 p.m. <br /> Mr. Wipperfurth moved to approve the Lyngblomsten PUD Amendment #3 – Skilled <br />Nursing Care Center with the staff and board recommendations. Motion seconded by <br /> Mr. Vojtech. Motion carried 6 – 0. <br />7.DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A.Project Updates <br />Ms. Larsen provided project updates to the Board. <br />Mr. Vojtech moved to adjourn the meeting.
