GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />TCLD Land Holdings, LLC respectfully submits plans for a new residential subdivision located <br />directly west of 20th Avenue S (CSAH54), between Cedar Street and Red Oak Lane. <br />Entitlements Requested: <br />Rezoning: Parcels 26-31-22-11-0008 (Nelson), 26-32-22-11-0005 (Rehbein), and 26-31- <br />22-11-0009 (Rehbein) from R-Rural to: <br />o R-2, Two-Family Residential for single-family homes <br />o R-3, Medium-Density Residential for attached townhomes <br />Preliminary Plat: Subdivision of 5 to 40 acres <br />The proposed development will create eighty-six (86) residential lots, supported by full public <br />infrastructure, including city water and sewer.
