A Homeowners Association shall maintain the landscaped street medians, mowed turf <br />trail on Outlot J, and stormwater re -use system. <br />5. A trail easement shall be recorded over the trails and corridors after the trails have been <br />constructed. <br />6. Conservation easements and wetland buffer declarations shall be recorded over the <br />open space, wetlands and buffers. <br />7.
