City of Lino Lakes — Surface Water Management Plan <br />1/10/11 <br />Attachment 1 <br />LINO LAKES LOCAL SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN — WORK PLAN <br />1: Plan Input and Public Input Process <br />Task 1.1 Project Kick -Off Meeting <br />Description: <br />Once the project is initiated, FOR will meet with the City's project coordinator to discuss <br />documents identified in Task 3.1 Data Collection. City staff will locate copies of all <br />relevant reports and be familiar with their content and applicability to the Local Surface <br />Water Management Plan (LSWMP). The stakeholder process and participant list will <br />also be developed at this meeting. <br />Deliverables: <br />• List of relevant documents to be used in the LSWMP and their applicability. <br />Description of stakeholder input process and final list of stakeholder participants. <br />Cost Assumptions: <br />• 12 EOR staff hours <br />• $1,840 (with mileage expenses) <br />Task 1.2 Stakeholder Input Process <br />Description: <br />Meet with the Environmental Board twice during the development of the draft LSWMP <br />to review priority areas, goals, strategies and action items. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Meeting summaries documenting meeting attendees, discussion, comments made by <br />participants, and meeting outcomes (to be included in LSWMP appendix). <br />Cost Assumptions: <br />• 10 FOR staff hours <br />• $1,395 (with mileage expenses) <br />Task 1.3 Meetings with Lino Lakes Staff to review Draft Sections <br />Description: <br />To facilitate communication with City Staff during the plan development process it is <br />proposed that EOR meet with City Staff twice during the plan development process to <br />discuss content. Discussion topics for these meetings pertain to the LSWMP sections <br />including; Physical Setting, Current Assessment/Issues Identification, Goals and <br />Strategies, and Administration.
