City of Lino Lakes — Surface Water Management Plan 1/10/11 Deliverables: • Data to be included on two (2) large scale maps as described under Task 4.1. • Table summarizing modeling information for future conditions Assumptions: • Costs for modeling estimated in this work plan reflect the cost of using the RCWD- revised models and may require modeling of one or two events. • We assume that the storm sewer inventory data provided by the City of Lino Lakes will be adequate for the purposes of this Local Surface Water Management Plan and that no additional field work or surveying will be required by EOR. • No new developments will be added to the existing XP-SWMM models. • Modeling necessary to demonstrate nondegradation would require model modifications to existing land use and drainage system. This work plan does not include any remodeling work but will identify this additional effort as a future action/implementation item. Cost Assumptions: • 40 EOR staff hours • $3,885 Task 2.2 Water Quality Models Description: Annual pollutant loads from each subwatershed, pond and drainage system have been modeled and reported in both the RMP and TMDLs. The LSWMP will include a summary of information provided in previous modeling efforts to be used to facilitate the prioritization of treatment locations for the stormwater BMPs in the Implementation Plan. The existing PLOAD and P8 model results will be used without modification.
