• <br />• <br />• <br />City of Lino Lakes - Surface Water Management Plan <br />1/10/11 <br />3: Surface Water Management Plan Development <br />Task 3.1 - Data Collection <br />Description: <br />Upon review of the existing Surface Water Management Plan and the 2010 <br />Comprehensive Plan, it is evident that the Local Surface Water Management Plan will <br />need to be re- written in order to clearly identify how the City's stormwater management <br />plan should be designed and operated within the existing city programs (e.g. Resource <br />Management System Plan and Green Infrastructure Program). <br />Since the existing Local Surface Water Management Plan was adopted by the City, a <br />number of planning documents and feasibility studies have been developed which will <br />need to be reviewed and incorporated in this LSWMP update. The documents that will <br />need to be reviewed include: <br />1. Lino Lakes 2005 Surface Water Management Plan <br />2. Lino Lakes 2010 Comprehensive Plan <br />3. Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Reserve Plan <br />4. Hardwood Creek TMDL Study <br />5. Peltier - Centerville TMDL and draft Implementation Plan <br />6. Lino Chain of Lakes TMDL and draft Implementation Plan <br />7. Bald Eagle Lake TMDL and draft Implementation Plan <br />8. Rice Creek Watershed District WMP <br />9. Vadnais Lake Area Watershed Management Organization WMP <br />10. RCWD Resource Management Plan and RMP -3 <br />11. JD4 Resource Management Plan and RMP -2 <br />12. Lino Lakes Special Area Management Plan and Programmatic General Permit <br />13. City of Centerville Comprehensive Plan <br />14. City of Lino Lakes SWPPP <br />15. City of Centerville SWPPP <br />16. Anoka County Water Resource Assessment Report <br />17. Wellhead Protection Plan <br />18. Anoka Conservation District Hubs and Corridor Plan <br />Lino Lakes City staff will be responsible for reviewing all documents determined to be <br />relevant in Task 1.1 and preparing a summary memorandum for each document <br />reviewed. The memorandum will include text excerpts and reference locations for <br />content relevant to the proposed LSWMP content and specifically the following: <br />1. Water Quantity <br />2. Water Quality <br />3. Natural Resources <br />4. Lakes and Wetlands <br />5. Erosion and Sediment Control <br />6. Public Education <br />7. Monitoring <br />8. Maintenance <br />9.
