He and his wife own five small dogs and do not qualify for a kennel license. He <br />20 provided references and other information about the dogs for the record and for the council to review. <br />21 <br />22 The matter will be discussed by the council at an upcoming work session. <br />4110 23 <br />24 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />25 <br />26 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />27 <br />28 CONSENT AGENDA <br />29 <br />30 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1 A through 1G.
