P34 <br />COUNCIL MINUTES February 14, 2011 <br />DRAFT <br />1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />• 2 MINUTES <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 DATE : February 14, 2011 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:30 p.m. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 7:03 p.m. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Councilmember Gallup, O'Donnell, Rafferty, <br />9 Roeser, and Mayor Reinert <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: City Administrator Jeff Karlson; City Attorney Joseph Langel; Community <br />13 Development Director Michael Grochala; Chief of Police Kent Strege; Environmental Coordinator <br />14 Marty Asleson; Director of Public Services Rick DeGardner; and City Clerk Julie Bartell <br />15 <br />16 PUBLIC COMMENT <br />17 <br />18 Kevin Flaherty, 914 Lois Lane, presented the council with a request for a variance to the city's animal <br />19 control regulations. He and his wife own five small dogs and do not qualify for a kennel license. He <br />20 provided references and other information about the dogs for the record and for the council to review. <br />21 <br />22 The matter will be discussed by the council at an upcoming work session. <br />4110 23 <br />24 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />25 <br />26 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />27 <br />28 CONSENT AGENDA <br />29 <br />30 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1 A through 1G. Council <br />31 Member Roeser seconded the motion.
