COUNCIL MINUTES February 14, 2011 DRAFT 136 6C) Resolution No. 11 -15, Approving Anoka County Residential Recycling Program 137 Agreement — Environmental Coordinator Asleson reviewed his request for authorization to execute a 138 cooperative agreement with Anoka County regarding the city's receipt of SCORE funds. These funds 139 are used to fund solid waste recycling and the city has been a long -term partner in the program. 140 141 Council Member Gallup moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -15 as presented. Council Member 142 Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. 143 144 6D) Resolution No. 11 -16, Approving Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MnDNR) 145 Forest Bonding Grant Agreement — Environmental Coordinator Asleson reviewed his request for 146 authorization to accept grant funding of $25,000 from the MnDNR to be used to purchase trees for the 147 city. 148 149 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -16 as presented.
