B. If an identified entity chooses not to participate in the project at all and will not <br />allow equipment to be placed in the site, Anoka County /Zayo will request <br />alternative site approvals from the NTIA where appropriate, or if there is no <br />appropriate alternative, will simply have less than 145 co- location sites. <br />C. It is unknown if the design will be altered. <br />3. Please provide a map showing the most recent network design (including all <br />rings, trunks, distribution laterals, drops, electronics, etc.) and route for the ZAYO <br />System that will be utilized to provide Connectivity Services to local government <br />entities that execute a connectivity services agreement. <br />See the map in the IRU attachments. <br />4. Will ZAYO be building more than one network as part of this project, either <br />with NTIA grant funds or with other funds? If so, please provide a detailed <br />description of the network, including what services will be provided and what <br />customers will be served. <br />The County's project is a stand alone. The County is not privy to Zayo internal <br />plans regarding other projects. <br />5. A. Will Connectivity Services be delivered to participating entities over <br />dedicated fibers that are part of the ZAYO System, or will other services <br />(including "commercial services') be offered and delivered using the same fibers, <br />so that participating entities will be sharing fibers and /or bandwidth with other <br />customers (including commercial customers)? <br />B. What impact, if any, will commercial customers have on the <br />bandwidth /throughput capabilities of the ZAYO System that will be used to <br />provide connectivity services to community anchor institutions? <br />A. Connect Anoka County will be served on dedicated fibers. Commercial <br />customers will be served on other fibers which may be in the conduit. Equipment <br />may be shared. <br />B. There should be no impact on bandwidth /throughput capabilities provided to <br />community anchor institutions. <br />6. If a community anchor institution permits equipment to be installed in co- <br />location sites, but does not elect to receive connectivity services at those sites, <br />will the equipment be activated, operated and maintained by ZAYO or its <br />
