Additional issues may be identified and responded to <br />through the work program. <br />Zoning Ordinance <br />The Zoning Ordinance establishes the zoning districts and applicable landuse requirements. <br />These requirements include, but are not limited to, permitted, conditional, interim and accessory <br />uses, setbacks, lot dimensions, architectural standards, landscaping, etc. Through the update of <br />the City's Comprehensive Plan, a number of Zoning Ordinance changes were suggested. The <br />current Zoning Ordinance was reformatted in 1997. As such the update of the ordinance will <br />most likely involve amendments to specific sections.
