• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-03 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS <br />TASK FORCE <br />WHEREAS, The City has recently completed and adopted a new Comprehensive Plan <br />and submitted it to the Metropolitan Council for review according to MN Statute <br />473.858, and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that there is a need for further studies to be <br />conducted so that the City may consider appropriate amendments to its zoning code and <br />subdivision regulations to implement the Comprehensive Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City to develop <br />and adopt these amendments in an orderly and expeditious manner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />establishes the Development Regulations Task Force to review and recommend such <br />proposed amendments as may be necessary to implement the Comprehensive Plan. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Development Regulations Task Force shall be <br />governed by the by -laws attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of January, 2002 <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
