• <br />• <br />nvironmental <br />Memo <br />To: Lino Lakes City Council <br />From: Marty Asleson <br />Date: February 8, 2002 <br />Re: Environmental Board/Special Meeting/February 8, 2002/Lake Peltier Draft <br />Ordinance Review /Recommendation. <br />The Environmental Board met on February 30, 2002 for the purpose of reviewing the <br />Draft Ordinance with proposed revisions. Staff presented the draft ordinance and <br />discussed the issue of the additional request to include language in the ordinance <br />that would address "structures." <br />After a discussion of the issues the Environmental Board made the recommendation <br />to exclude the issue of structures and proceed to present the draft ordinance and <br />joint powers agreement to the City Council on February 25th. <br />Motion By O'dea, Seconded by Hallen.
