February 7, 2002 <br />Informational Brochure - An informational brochure will be sent to all Lino Lakes <br />residents the first week of April. The informational brochure will include specific <br />components of the referendum, tax impacts, voter information, etc. <br />Town Hall Meetings - Meetings are scheduled April 18 and April 23 at 6:30pm to provide an <br />opportunity for residents of Lino Lakes to review all of the information regarding the <br />referendum and to ask questions. Both meetings will be held at City Hall. <br />Web Site (www.ci.lino- lakes.mn.us) - The "Referendum 2002" web site will provide <br />a centralized place for residents to view all the information pertaining to this <br />important special election. The web site will also provide an opportunity for residents <br />to make suggestions and /or comments pertaining to the upcoming referendum. The <br />city's web page, as identified above in parenthesis, will provide a direct link to the <br />"Referendum 2002" web site. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Adopt a motion to approve Resolution 02 -14, Approving an April 27, 2002 <br />Special Election for Recreation Complex, Neighborhood Park Improvements <br />and Trails Referendum in the amount of $8.6 million dollars. <br />2.
