• <br />Memorandum <br />DATE: May 2, 2002 <br />TO: Mike Grochala <br />FROM: James E. Studenski, City Engineer <br />F <br />RE: Raske Building Systems Site Plan Review <br />A site plan review of the submitted documents including a six -page drawing set dated <br />April 4, 2002, a Sketch and Description sheet dated April 8, 2002, a letter to RCWD <br />dated April, 11, 2002, with drainage calculations for the proposed Raske Building <br />Systems site has been performed. The following comments must be addressed prior <br />to a recommendation given for this site: <br />Watermain: <br />- An 18" vertical separation is required between the water line and the sanitary line. <br />- Existing water services must be located. <br />The cover for watermain that is 10 inches or Tess is 8 feet. <br />Sanitary Sewer: <br />An 18" vertical separation is required between the water line and the sanitary line. <br />Existing sanitary services must be located. <br />- A manhole structure will be required at the west end of the sanitary line. <br />Utility easements will be required for the main sanitary line. <br />Coordination and easements will be required on adjacent property to the east. <br />Street Standards: <br />- Driveway entrance must maintain drainage to the existing storm sewer structure. <br />- The construction entrance must note that the width is a minimum of 20 feet. <br />Storm Sewer /Grading: <br />The 4" PVC vent must be define as to it's use. <br />Approval is required from RCWD. <br />The trees shown in the south pond must be relocated. <br />- Existing storm sewer flows to the north. <br />• Attached is a memorandum dated May 1, 2002, which addresses the storm sewer and <br />grading design. <br />600 Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 -1132 <br />Phone: 651 -982 -2400 • Fax: 651-982-2499 • TDD: 651- 982 -2410 <br />
