• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-87 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR ROYAL PINES <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for the project at 12th & Holly, subsequently named <br />Royal Pines, was approved with Resolution 01- 120 by the City Council on August 27, <br />2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Royal Pines received by the City June 19, 2002 complies <br />with City requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Royal Pines. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />day of , 2002. <br />John J.
