CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-88 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE AND BUILDING PLANS FOR SPIRIT <br />HILLS NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL CENTER <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for site and building plan approval for a <br />development consisting of three buildings totaling 30,266 square feet; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is: <br />Outlot A Spirit Hills <br />;and <br />WHEREAS, the site and building plan approval request is based on the following plans <br />prepared by Glenn Rehbein Companies and related correspondence: <br />Site grading, drainage, and erosion control plat dated 2/1302 and <br />revised 6/12/02 <br />Site Plan dated 3/4/02 and revised 6/12/02 <br />Utility Plan dated 3/5/02 and revised 6/12/02 <br />Landscaping and tree preservation plan dated 3/11/02 and revised <br />6/12/02 <br />Building Elevations dated 7 /10/02 <br />Lighting Plan dated received 3/11/02 <br />Environmental Board Comments dated 4/24/02 <br />;and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on July 10, 2002, the Planning & Zoning Board considered <br />the site and building plan application and recommended approval subject to the <br />conditions listed in the meeting minutes; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the site and building plan subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A sidewalk shall be installed along the frontage of Ware Road and shall be <br />maintained by the commercial development. <br />2. All refuse and recyclable materials shall be stored within the principal <br />building or within an accessory structure (within a side or rear yard) that is <br />totally screened from eye level view from neighboring uses and public rights <br />of way. <br />
