Unless otherwise specified herein the development shall be subject to the provisions of <br />the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable chapters of City Code. <br />C. Commencement of development on the subject property in conformance with the plans <br />attached hereto, shall be subject to the execution of a Performance Agreement by and <br />between the City of Lino Lakes and the owner of said property. <br />SECTION 4. <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />SECTION 4. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of October, 2002 <br />John J.
