• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 - 126 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />Be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes enter into a <br />cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice, COPS <br />Making Officer Redeployment Effective (MORE) Grant Program - to <br />purchase needed hardware and software that will allow the <br />department to continue its expansion into the area of making <br />information more easily accessible to officers while in their <br />squad cars. <br />David J. Pecchia, Chief of Police is hereby authorized to execute <br />such agreements and amendments, as are necessary to implement the <br />project on behalf of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council <br />members, approve Resolution No. 02 - 126. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
