The applicant is to submit RCWD permit correspondence and the approved wetland <br />delineation report prior to final plat approval. <br />2. It is anticipated that a conservation easement will be required for areas of Outlot D. This <br />easement is to be recorded with language reserving access to the site, storm water pond areas <br />and trails. <br />3. Obtain permits for the project: RCWD, NPDES (multiple phases), MCES, MPCA, MDH, <br />Anoka County, Xcel Energy. <br />4.
