The applicant submitted Traffic Impact Study responses to the City's previous comments. <br />These items will continue to be reviewed as the project moves forward. <br />Grading Comments: <br />1. Rear lots for Lots 1-4 Block 10, Lots 1-9 Block 12, and Lots 1-6 Block 13 discharge directly <br />onto the adjacent property. The applicant has reduced the volume; however, rate control <br />should be addressed.
