History <br />Arthur E. Thom Acres was originally platted in 1949. A minor subdivision to subdivide <br />250 Linda Avenue (Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Arthur E. Thom Acres) into two (2) residential <br />lots was approved in 1997. A preliminary and final plat for Collova Addition proposing <br />to further subdivide Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Arthur E. Thom Acres into a total 6 residential <br />lots was submitted in 1998 by PC Collova Builders, Inc. The application was withdrawn <br />by the developer. New homes were constructed on 250 Linda Avenue and 6200 Laurene <br />Avenue in 2000. <br />A residential home currently exists at 260 Linda Avenue.
