Sheet 5-Preliminary Utility Plan: <br />a. The existing well shall be located on the plan sheet. <br />b. The existing house shall hook up to the municipal water system prior to <br />issuance of any building permit. <br />c. The existing well shall be properly capped and abandoned or disconnected <br />from the house if used for irrigation purposes prior to the issuance of any <br />building permit. <br />13. Sheet 6-Landscaping Plan: <br />a. Please add a note to the plan that builders shall be responsible for <br />escrowing for topsoil and sod. <br />14. Tree Preservation and Mitigation Plan <br />a. Please incorporate the Tree Preservation and Mitigation Plan into the plan <br />set as Sheet 7. <br />b. Please add a note that the individual builders will be responsible for <br />compliance with the tree preservation and mitigation ordinance such <br />identifying and tagging trees for removal and installing a protective fence. <br />Efforts shall be made to ensure tree removal occurs only when necessary <br />and only for trees located on the property. <br />I <br />
