It is recommended that these items be provided to the City Engineer for review <br />prior to plan approval. <br />In specific, it is recommended as part of the Maintenance Plan that the Owner be required <br />to file yearly reports to the City describing the working condition of the stormwater <br />system by a qualified person capable of recommending corrective measures as they <br />become apparent. It should be expected that the rainwater gardens would need removal <br />and replacement for plugging on an average of three (3) years. <br />F.
