Action on Appeal Requests <br />The Anoka County Assessor reported that they met with both property owners that requested an <br />adjustment. He stated that 1% of the total value of the city is the maximum that can be reduced <br />by the Board. That the city/county cannot create inequality in valuations. <br />The County Assessor stated that following review they recommend and Mr. Johnson was in <br />agreement with a valuation change from $818,400 to $768,400. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
