• <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br />Between <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES AND LINO LAKES SENIOR CENTER <br />PARTIES <br />THIS LEASE, made and executed this day of , 2000, <br />by and between the City of Lino Lakes, hereinafter called the Lessor, and <br />the Lino Lakes Senior Center, a Minnesota non - profit corporation, <br />hereinafter called the Lessee. <br />DESCRIPTION OF <br />PREMISES <br />WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the payment of rent and the <br />keeping and performance of the terms and conditions herein by Lessee, <br />Lessor does hereby lease and demise unto Lessee, the premises described <br />as: <br />An area of approximately 3,010 square feet on the west end of the <br />Lino Lakes Public Works building located at 1189 Main Street, <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota, as outlined in red on the attached Exhibit <br />A. <br />. TERM <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD the premises for a term beginning on February 1, <br />2000, and ending on January 31, 2001, on a year -to -year basis thereafter. <br />• <br />RENT <br />USE <br />Lessee shall pay rent for the premises in the yearly amount of $1.00. <br />Lessor agrees to pay all utility charges for heat, electricity, water and <br />sewer. <br />Lessee shall have the right to schedule the use of the premises, in <br />accordance with the "General Rules" attached as Exhibit B. <br />MAINTENANCE <br />Lessor shall, at its expense, make all necessary structural repairs to the <br />buildings and pertinent facilities. Lessee shall make no alterations to the <br />premises without the written consent of the Lessor. <br />
