COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 13, 1999 <br />3. File a copy of the resolution with the Anoka County Auditor on or before October 20, <br />1999. <br />Staff noted the numbers are not as of yet available from the County to determine whether or not <br />there will be a tax rate increase. <br />Mayor Sullivan opened the public hearing at 6:46 p.m. <br />No one was present to speak. <br />Council Member Lyden moved to close the public hearing at 6:47 p.m. Council Member Dahl <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 99 - 64 - Council Member Dahl moved to adopt Resolution <br />No. 99 - 64, as presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Council <br />Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 99 - 65 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Consideration of Adopting the Proposed 1999 Tax Levy, Collectable in 2000 - Resolution <br />No. 99 - 66, Linda Waite Smith - Truth in Taxation requires the City of Lino Lakes to adopt a <br />proposed 1999 tax levy, collectable in 2000 on or before September 15th of each year. <br />The proposed levy may be decreased when the final levy is adopted on December 13, 1999. The <br />final levy can not be more than the proposed levy. <br />3 <br />
