The future developable parcels would provide the <br />extension of West Shadow Lake Road, a collector roadway on the City's Transportation <br />Plan. <br />In May of 1997 the City Council approved a minor subdivision for the Junes property at <br />599 62nd Street that split the parcel into three pieces (see attached map) Parcel A was <br />dedicated to the City for Park as a part of the Miller's South Glen Plat with some park <br />dedication credit for future development. This park land was added to Birchwood Acres <br />Park. Parcel B was retained by the Junes and contains their existing homestead (Parcel A <br />on current request). Parcel C was retained by Mr. Rick Carlson for future development. <br />Following this action, Mr. Carlson secured a purchase agreement with the Rehbeins at <br />607 62nd Street (Parcels D on current request) and proceeded to plat that property and the <br />
