CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />MAY 3, 2000 <br />Council Member Carlson advised residents have contacted her and indicated a land trade <br />may be used to locate the school in this area. She expressed concern regarding the <br />placement of a school on this property. She requested a written statement from Mr. Uhde <br />regarding this issue. <br />This item will be on the regular Council agenda Monday, May 8, 2000, 6:30 p.m. <br />DAIRY QUEEN, JEFF SMYSER <br />Staff advised this item is not on the regular Council agenda for a number of reasons. <br />Staff distributed a handout that outlines the City's requirements in order to approve a <br />final plat, conditions of approval for preliminary plat, 1997 Clearwater Creek Business <br />Center, and Planning and Zoning Board recommended conditions of approval. <br />Staff reviewed the conditions of approval in detail and advised the item will appear on a <br />future Council agenda. <br />Acting Mayor Dahl asked that if the applicant owns the property and if the developer has <br />a timeline. Staff advised they are unaware of the arrangement for the property.
