Operation and Maintenance Agreement for stormwater management facilities will be <br />required. <br /> <br />2. The applicant must receive permits from other agencies prior to construction. Permits <br />needed include the MPCA’s NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit and RCWD’s <br />Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Permits. <br /> <br />GRADING PLAN <br /> <br />1. Emergency Overflow locations and elevations need to be added to the plans for all street <br />low points. <br /> <br />2. Identify the location of any existing on -site wells or septic systems. <br /> <br />3. The hold down details need to be added to the plans. <br /> <br />4. All comments that were included in the memorandum prepared by Paul Hudalla dated <br />November 5, 2013 must be addressed.
