Surveys /Subdivision Approval. <br />A. Rehbein shall prepare at its expense surveys and legal <br />descriptions for parcels "H" and "C" which are to be subdivided for <br />purposes of this transaction. When divided, parcel "H" shall be <br />approximately 3 acres in size and parcel <br />UCH <br />shall be approximately <br />7.5 acres. ISD #12 shall at its time and expense gain the <br />necessary approvals from the City of Lino Lakes for these <br />subdivisions. <br />B. Rehbein has prepared Registered Surveys and legal <br />descriptions for the parcels that need to be subdivided in order to <br />complete this Agreement. The costs of the survey shall be the <br />responsibility of Rehbein. ISD #12 shall have the responsibility <br />and bear the costs of gaining City of Lino Lakes approval for the <br />subdivisions. <br />11. Notices.
