Joint powers agreement regarding 21st Ave.
This agreement is now in place.
• Utilities
Sanitary sewer and water service exist in the Northern Lights Blvd. alignment. However,
an easement must be dedicated to the City in this alignment. The utilities themselves
have not yet been dedicated to the City. This will be reviewed as part of the final plat
approval. An easement for utilities in the future Northern Lights Blvd. location is shown
on the draft final plat.
Stormwater management must be properly addressed. The current ditch draining east to a
pond near the freeway was a temporary measure. Complete stormwater facilities must be
constructed to accommodate the Dairy Queen project.
The City Engineer's memo addresses these issues further.
