(Lots 14, 15, 16, Block 5.) These lots <br />must be included in the final plat in order to construct the roads and utilities in that <br />vicinity. Until MUSA is available, these lots will not receive building permits. This <br />restriction is included in the development agreement. <br />All aspects of the phasing plan for this development apply to the revised final plat. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.
